What is Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is the European Union program to promote education, training, youth and sport in Europe. This program aims to support social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and young people’s engagement in democratic life. The EU increased the funding budget of this program by nearly double compared to its predecessor program (2014-2020). It is €26.2 billion now. It focuses on the following three activities:
- European Education Area,
- Digital Education Action Plan and,
- European Skills Agenda.
Who is a Legal Entity Appointed Representative(LEAR) for MUST?
Our MUST's President appoints its legal representative to manage the legal and financial information about the organisation, manage access rights of persons in the organisation (not at the project level), and appoint representatives of the organisation to electronically sign grant agreements or financial statements via the Funding & Tenders Portal. The current LEAR Dr. Uuganbayar Tumurkhuu was appointed by the President Ochirbat Baatar in 2017. He is the Director of International Relations and Social Partnerships, MUST. You can contact him via an email(uuganbayar@must.edu.mn). He is a formally nominated main responsible for our MUST’s use of the Portal Electronic Exchange System. He bears the final responsibility for all your actions in the Portal. He is responsible for:
- keeping an overview of all the projects and applications the organization is involved in;
- managing all the legal and financial information about the organization;
- managing the access rights at organization-level and keeping an eye on access rights at project-level;
- appointing the persons which will be able to electronically sign contracts (Legal Signatories - LSIGN) and cost claims or invoices (Financial Signatories - FSIGN).
