Position Available: Geotechnical Professor for Mongolian University of Science and Technology

Duration: 3 years

Location: Mongolian University of Science and Technology, Mongolia

The Mongolian University of Science and Technology is seeking a highly qualified Geotechnical Professor specializing in hard rock underground mining engineering and geotechnics to join our esteemed faculty.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
• Specialization in hard rock underground mining engineering, preferably with experience in massive underground mines such as block cave mines.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching at the academic level.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Conducting research in the field of geotechnical engineering, particularly related to hard rock underground mining.
• Mentoring and advising students on research projects and academic pursuits.
• Collaborating with fellow faculty members on curriculum development and university initiatives.
