As a part of Mongolian Innovation Week 2016, the “Green Technology, Innovation-2016” exhibition took place and its opening ceremony was attended by notable officials, such as Tsolmon.A, advisor to minister of MEGDT, Lkhagvajav.B, the head of MNCCI, and Baasandash.Ch, vice president of MUST.
The exhibition with aims of introducing business activities of new start-up companies that implement eco-friendly technology and innovation practices to the general public, business companies and investors, is participated by over sixty organizations. Also, participants discussed the worldwide trend of green technology, policy and strategy on innovation, main barriers and experiences of other nations.
Among the excellent work of many in the exhibition, one to emphasize belonged to students of our School of Information and Telecommunication Technology , Altantogos.B and Urantsetseg.Kh, and is titled “Greenhouse Control System”. They focused on creating conducive environment for harvesting vegetables throughout the year regardless of season and alleviate mechanical hard labor that usually goes into it by creating automatic control system. Furthermore, their innovation has been implemented in the work of Devshil Trade, one of the majors companies in the sector.
