School of Information and Communication Technology, MUST is planning lot of creative works for the 50^th Anniversary of predatory of higher educated telecommunication professionals and the 80^th Anniversary of first preparation of telecommunication staff in Mongolia. Events for the anniversary start with seminar on “Information and Communication Technology Trends” among the administrative official of information and telecommunication authorities.

On 27^th January, School of Information and Communication Technology, Communication and Informational Technology Authority and Communication Regulatory Commission of Mongolia jointly organized the seminar. Mr. B. Chinbat, Director of Communication and Informational Technology Authority gave a presentation on “Development Policy and Strategic aims of Communication and Informational Technology” and Mr. S. Adiyasuren, Director of Communication Regulatory Commission gave a presentation on “Legislation, Regulatory Issues and Strategic Aims” and other interesting presentations presented in the seminar.

During the seminar, world leading company “Huawei” and “Jemnet” LLC opened “Optic communication network” laboratory. Prof. B. Ochirbat, President of MUST, Mr. D. Bolor, Member of Governing Board of MUST, Mr. Jao Sui Jeng, Deputy Director of “Huawei”, Mr. Delgersaikhan, Executive Director of “Jemnet” LLC, Mr. B. Chinbat, Director of Communication and Informational Technology Authority, Mr. S. Adiyasuren, Director of Communication Regulatory Commission and Prof. B. Sukhbat, Director of School of Information and Communication Technology cut the tape. This laboratory has 130 million tugriks of investment and equipped with advanced optic network equipments and devices and open for the students who majoring in IP and optic network to conduct researches. Laboratory interior has unique design.
